Dr. Gary R. Clayton is a distinguished mediator, arbitrator, and organizational consultant with over 40 years of executive leadership experience and more than 2,000 mediations and arbitrations performed. He holds a Doctor of Psychology in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution, a Master of Science in Operations Research, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Mathematics. A TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, Dr. Clayton serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University, teaching mediation, organizational consulting, and conflict systems design. He serves on numerous state and federal mediation and arbitration panels and leads consulting firms on conflict mitigation, healthcare disputes, and organizational performance.
