Senior District Judge, State of Texas

John Coselli has served as the presiding Judge of the 125th Civil District Court of the State of Texas and as an assigned State District Court Judge for over 20 years. Prior to his service as a Judge, he was in a private legal practice from 1977 until 1999 when he was appointed to the Court. John now mediates, arbitrates, is a litigation consultant, and continues to serve as a District Judge by assignment. As a mediator, he has mediated thousands of claims involving the resolution of billions of dollars in collective controversy in a wide variety of domestic and international disputes. He is a mediation trainer and presenter and serves on the TMCA Board of Directors.
