Session Description:
Texas is home to 18 Dispute Resolution Centers that offer low‑cost mediation to people who might not otherwise afford it, each operating differently but united in their mission to support their communities. This panel highlights how DRCs use mediation to help resolve family, community, and small‑claims disputes, reduce court burdens, and expand access to conflict‑resolution services. Presenters will share how centers adapt to meet their communities’ unique needs.
