Melinda B. Shane, Ph.D., is a Level 3 K-12 School Psychologist in New Mexico and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology in Texas. She has been a school psychologist for over 30 years. Her mediation practice includes mediating and conducting facilitated Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for the New Mexico Public Education Department and various school districts in New Mexico. Melinda is Visiting Faculty at both New Mexico State University and the University of Texas El Paso. Melinda received her B.A. (1989), M.A. (1994), and Ph.D. (2014) from New Mexico State.
